Sustainability is in our DNA, and we are recognised as a global sustainability leader by DJSI Europe. By providing marketplaces where people buy and sell second-hand goods, we contribute to the circular economy and help people live more sustainably.
We're all about matchmaking, and we take the same approach to hiring. But it's not just about finding the right skills for the job. It's also about making sure the role and the culture are the right match too.
We care about gaining and keeping the trust of our users, customers and stakeholders by acting responsibly, promoting sustainability and protecting the environment.
We invest in companies with tangible traction, a potential to scale beyond their domestic market, and who we can support with more than just financial resource.

Adevinta, through its Adevinta Ventures team, has led a €7 million series A financing round for PaulCamper, a Berlin-based sharing platform for renting and lending RVs (recreational vehicles). RV owners can rent out their motorhomes, trailers and campervans on PaulCamper to outdoor enthusiasts.
The ventures team worked together with co-investors FJ Labs, based in New York, and All Iron Ventures, based in Bilbao - both specialists in digital marketplaces - giving PaulCamper access to a highly experienced and well-positioned network. Existing investors Russmedia International and Mairdumont Ventures also participated.
"PaulCamper operates in a very exciting and fast-growing market: the outdoor travel market. The team and vision of PaulCamper convinced us and we look forward to sharing our expertise in growing online marketplaces with them," explains Adevinta’s Jussi Lystimäki, VP of Ventures.
"The capital and expertise of our investing partners led by Adevinta enables us to accelerate our growth and enhance our product, while consolidating our leading position in our home market in Germany," says PaulCamper founder Dirk Fehse.
PaulCamper plays to two key trends. With ever-increasing urbanization, people want to spend more quality time exploring the great outdoors. At the same time, digital sharing business models as a way of exploiting under-utilized capacity are on the rise.
PaulCamper was founded in 2013 with a vision to get more people to enjoy and explore the great outdoors on their own terms. Today the company offers a fleet of more than 5,500 RVs in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. The renters come from all over the world, with over 500,000 rental nights already arranged through the platform.
