Job Description


We’re looking for someone who is passionate about improving our products based on insights of real people and turns these insights into beautiful and usable products. Experience in the field is important, but the ideal candidate should also be a real team player with a strong feedback culture.


  • Create engaging, intuitive and beautiful design solutions that address business and user needs while being technologically feasible

  • Work together with Design Ops to help defining & maintaining our Design System, UI kits and other design artifacts

  • Guide product decisions through research insights. You should be able to run design research independently or partner up with our Researchers. You should also be the driving force of user research in your product team by identifying research needs on the team planning, defining, conducting and reporting findings of all conducted research.

  • Be a real team player. Involve your team and other design colleagues early at an early stage of product ideation. You should feel comfortable leading and facilitating brainstorming sessions and workshops, pairing up with other UX colleagues and engineers, etc..

  • Embrace a strong feedback culture. Provide and ask for feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality

  • Help cultivate a design culture within the Adevinta UX team

  • Present your design work to your product team and UX colleagues with exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Expert knowledge in design and development tools. You’re not expected to code, but you’ll need to feel comfortable in technical discussions

  • Ability to operate independently and self-starter. You should demonstrate a strong bias towards action



  • Strong Visual and Interaction Design skills

  • You have working experience working with Design Systems

  • Previous experience working with web and native technologies

  • Professional experience in highly collaborative environments with other UX designers, researchers, product owners and engineers

  • Experience in a digital product company is a plus
