As User Acquisition Specialist you will be part of Adevinta's Italy in-house team, which will drive user growth for a few brands within the Adevinta’s Italy portfolio. You will join a group of professionals who enjoy handling data and creatives and are not afraid to get their hands dirty with daily campaigns management, across any channels - you name it!

Key Responsibilities

  • Execution of user acquisition campaigns that supports Adevinta Italy growth initiatives;

  • Delivery of a testing plan across copies, landing pages and audiences;

  • Weekly and monthly reporting on performance;

  • Constantly apply best practices across channels to ensure best possible spend optimisation;

  • Collaborate & share insights within the Acquisition team;


Skills/Experience required:

  • 3 years of experience in a similar role;

  • Excellent Communication Skills - means you are successful in explaining digital matters to humans;

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Economics, statistic or related field;

  • Hands on experience of managing paid search and social campaigns

  • In-depth experience using SA360 or others bidding management tools;

  • Fluency in English is a must (interviews might be held in English); 

  • Ideally Adwords Certified ( Search / Display / Video);

  • Experience with the Feed Based Paid Campaign; 

  • Experience with Mobile SDK's AppsFlyer is a plus;

  • Medium experienced in Excel: pivot, v-look up and macro;

  • Highly analytical thinker, compelled to find insight in data;
