Job Description

Our Talent Operations Analysts are a part of a small team who are responsible for all things related to data, tools, process and documentation within global Talent Acquisition (TA). We’re looking for someone with a passion for people, technology and getting things done to join the team on a 6 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

What you'll do

  • Be the glue in between internal teams and third party suppliers to manage the assessment and rollout of new TA tools and product releases
  • Act as a key point of contact for our ever growing global TA community on all matters relating to new tools, processes and policies; flagging risks and opportunities to the right people at the right time
  • Utilising data and insights to identify bottlenecks and suggest solutions that help improve candidate experience across Adevinta
  • Train TA team members on the use of new tools and ensure they’re constantly being optimised
  • Create and deliver communications on project milestones and systems best practice
  • Help manage the evolution of our recruitment data dashboards
  • Keep on top of BAU tasks such as maintaining the intranet, data retention checks, invoice & contract generation and some interview coordination when volumes are high 


  • Experience within HR; ideally Talent Acquisition or HR Information Systems
  • Self-driven and independent
  • Very organised
  • A relationship-builder looking to learn and grow
  • Strongly identify with Adevinta’s values – and has a heart for Adevinta’s brands
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is big plus but not essential
