What you'll do: Our Talent Centre of Excellence (CoE) is creating an inspiring, clear and differentiated talent experience for Adevinta. The Talent CoE is supporting Adevinta in becoming a purpose-driven organisation, challenging the status quo and focusing on what matters to employees and to the business. The CoE wants to be leading and engaging the Adevintans of today and tomorrow, whilst bringing equity and belonging to all.
The Talent CoE is made up out of 4 domains: Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Experience and Inclusion & Belonging.
We are currently creating a Talent Experience function as part of the Talent CoE in Global Functions. As a Talent Experience Lead, you will be part of a small but powerful team who will influence key stakeholders in different areas, countries and segments.
