In Adevinta Spain, Barcelona, we are looking for a CRM Support Consultant  to join the CRM team!

Main role is to accelerate and optimize the use of technology in Adevinta internal business processes for Order to Cash, Marketing and Customer service areas.

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way

  • Identifying customer needs and helping to use specific features

  • Assist in training Sales Representatives


  • Determine action and response urgency required for customer requests and escalate as required

  • Analyze, report and escalate product malfunctions

  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team member

  • Analyze current business processes and propose improvements

  • Creating Issues, Stories in Jira 

  • Assist in the testing process through the development of test cases and data.

  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to set up and interpret logic, data tables, and rule relationships in Dynamics 365.

  • Build and maintain customer/organizational satisfaction.

  • Recognize and anticipate customer/organizational needs.

  • Increase the utilization of the Dynamics 365 through user engagement by supporting business users for day-to-day smooth operations.

  • Experience in Microsoft CRM platform

  • Proven experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and Lean

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Proactivity and Relational intelligence.

  • Excellent problem solving aptitude combined with brilliant communication skills.

  • Understand and be able to communicate with all types of internal and external stakeholders

  • Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams.

  • Fluent in English



  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, other Science field or equivalent practical experience.

  • Outstanding product instincts and creativity combined with a passion for digital media products
