The Machine Learning Services Area is composed of four teams: Personalisation, Cognition, Edge and CRE. We get value out of Machine Learning at scale by developing products (such as recommender systems and computer vision models), distributing the results of image models through our media server and building infrastructure and running training to help other teams build and deploy ML models.


We are looking for a senior product analyst to join the global Personalisation team. You would be part of a team leveraging analytics and data-driven approaches in the area of personalisation (mainly recommendation systems). You’d join an agile, cross-functional team, providing insights and monitoring the key metrics to measure our product’s impact.


  • Work closely with the Product Manager and key stakeholders to identify business priorities.
  • Set and coordinate implementation of data requirements and data-quality standards to cover stakeholder needs.
  • Design, implement and maintain KPI dashboards for the team and key stakeholders.
  • Continuously analyse key user journey routes and KPIs to identify areas for potential business growth.
  • Design, develop, execute and analyse A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Translate quantitative analysis into actionable product insights and data-driven hypotheses to form product decisions.

Company Description

Who you are:

  • You have a Master’s degree (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or Economics).
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills; ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience as a Data Analyst or similar, and five years in the business sector.
  • Extensive experience with SQL and at least one data-oriented programming language such as R or Python.
  • Extensive experience with A/B testing.
  • Self-starter and detail oriented, can complete analysis with minimal supervision.

Other desirable skills:

  • Experience with Spark and Scala.
  • Experience with Tableau or other data visualisation tools.
