Job Description

What you will be doing: 

  • Strategic, operational and P&L ownership for one of our top business lines (+20mn EUR revenue p.a.) delivering our core value proposition ‘Demand & Reach’ to our dealers

  • Build, shape and lead a cross-functional team, based on agile principles like empowerment & autonomous decision making

  • Own and support cross-squad alignment to ensure the creation of “one product”

  • Ensure growth and innovation of business line in balance with operational excellence

  • Define, supervise, and take ownership for the metrics to measure success and establish individual targets together with people manager 

  • Ensure stakeholder management by preparing presentations, representing your squad internally and towards the company leadership team


Your qualification: 

  • At least 4-6 years of work experience within a comparable setting, preferably within product management, strategic business development, consulting, venture building or online marketing

  • Master’s degree (or similar) in a business-related field or relevant professional experience 

  • Consistent track record in project steering, business planning and execution 

  • Preferably good/extensive knowledge in performance marketing domain, especially Meta/Facebook and Google

  • Excellent communicator with strong oral and written communication skills in English and also in German 

  • High proficiency in modern communication and collaboration tools (e.g. Google workspace, Slack, miro, Jira)

  • Wide experience in agile environments, f.e. as certified scrum master, product owner, facilitator, etc.
