Product team: The Advertising Product team is responsible for the product portfolio creation and development, price definition and aligning the advertising strategy with all the sites. In the product team there’s a PM for each site, and one programmatic product specialist.
Maximize the value delivered to users and clients through Advertising Product Development.
Create and Execute on the Product Vision, Product Strategy and Product Roadmap
Maximize the Return of Investment (ROI) of the product development effort, constantly delivering value to users and clients.
Foster the importance of a product centric mindset in the company ecosystem.
Help define advertising product vision aligned to company business goals and growth.
Create a world-class and innovative user experience for our mobile and web solutions.
Define, together with advertising Cluster (groups of multiple squads and other business teams), quarterly OKR’s aligning them with key stakeholders
Own, manage and prioritize the product backlog for all technical advertising initiatives and coordinate with relevant teams ensuring that is transparent, visible and understood.
Ensure the correct use of Scrum events and artifacts to maximize the value of the product development
Work with UX developing a deep user/customer journey understanding in order to deliver the best product value and delight.
Use quantitative and qualitative data to feed and prioritise the backlog.
Work with UX, advertising business partners and engineering to create, test, iterate/pivot prototypes and experiments.
Ensure all technical requirements of advertising initiatives are covered fulfilling designed timelines.
Communicate internally and externally to inspire and evangelize the advertising product vision.
Collaborate with our Agile Coaches to develop a high performance team.
Ownership and commitment to drive a Product Squad and Area of Responsibility.

5 or more years’ experience working in digital product management in a Product Owner role within an Agile methodology.
