Job Description

  • Understand the use cases, user journeys so that our products help our users getting value out of data in a streamlined way, increasing the user satisfactions and impact of the data tribe of Adevinta across markets
  • Deliver on this ambition by helping create a unified experience for the user where the interconnectivity of the platforms multiplies the value of the individual components.

  • Coordinate with the product managers of each individual platform to set the right priorities of the cross platform backlog on each platform delivery team.

  • Ensure that your domain group and its individual teams have high clarity on their quarterly and yearly objectives, have with a high buy-in from each team member and key stakeholders

  • Connect with key stakeholders across the organisation to generate confidence and identify the principal opportunities for the Data Foundations tribe

  • Define, agree and follow up on Quarterly OKRs and metrics to ensure the right delivery of the initiatives related to Data Foundation products together with your peer PM

  • Work with the Product Lead as well as Engineering, UX, and Insights counterparts to identify and validate the best way to deliver new opportunities to improve the user's journey through a coherent path.

  • Actively contribute to the Product community within Adevinta Global P&T organisation. This means providing coaching and mentoring, sharing best practices, and fostering collaboration between product teams.

  • You have a wide range of product tool kit that can be used for of goal-setting and team alignment; stakeholder management; data life cycle; prioritisation; validation of product discovery and delivery opportunities

  • You have analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to break big problems into smaller and more manageable challenges. You can structure any complex problem, explain it to anyone, and find simple solutions for them.

  • Pragmatic, emphatic and impact oriented while able to navigate high degrees of uncertainty

  • Great communication skills. You make complex ideas understandable and craft specs that are easy for multiple audiences to consume

About the job

As a product manager you will be in a great position to make a real impact on the entire company. You will find and coordinate opportunities for the different components of our platforms and services to work in a cohesive way, multiplying the value of each individual component. You will drive initiatives, help build processes and align with your fellow product managers colleagues for priorities and roadmaps. You will be responsible for making our data strategy move forward in a cohesive way. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, develop go-to-market plans and business relationships to maximize the potential value we can deliver to our users and organisation.


We’re looking for a stellar product leader who is passionate about growing top talent and building innovative and lovable products. Someone who can work in high ambiguity and can challenge all current assumptions. You must be comfortable with being both strategic and hands-on, operating in a high complexity environment and have no fear of failing, and getting back on your feet again. You will connect the different Data Foundation teams, acting as the glue between the products and aiming for collective growth.
