The Procurement CoE Analyst will be part of our recently created Global Procurement team which is building  strong pillars across the entire organisation. We’re creating perfect matches between Adevinta’s requirements and suppliers to enable growth and impact the bottom line.


  • Support the end-to-end supplier risk assessment and performance management process in Coupa.

  • Manage the onboarding of new suppliers through the system and their ongoing maintenance. You’ll work closely with other business teams such as Accounts Payable.

  • Maintain system data and access including, users, approvers and vendors in Coupa and SAP 4/H.

  • Review patch releases by Coupa and work with IT and super user groups to evaluate the impact within the application and across integrations. Coordinate with these teams to test patch impacts and plan for production rollout.

  • Assist the Coupa and SAP 4/H business community in the development of ad-hoc reports or queries using various tools.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the Coupa application, perform user training and maintain procedural documentation.

  • Support business users and suppliers on how to use Coupa and SAP 4/H; troubleshoot/triage user issues

  • Raise blanket purchase orders (PO’s) in SAP 4/H and support the review and approval of PO’s raised by the business. 

  • Administer a range of contracts managed by the Procurement Team; including management of monitoring reports.
