The HRIS Team is very specialised and works together with the HR Function to support them from a systems perspective, including our people management software (Workday), our Applicant Tracking System (Smart Recruiters) and others that we’ll incorporate in the future, like a learning system. But more than anything, we’re a supportive team, where our individualities are valued and everyone has a voice.

What you’ll do
We’re looking to hire a People Services Analyst who can take ownership, shape ideas and be part of our Global People Systems team. You’ll leverage your Workday and Smart Recrutiers (SR) configuration knowledge to design, build and deliver fixes.
Work closely with HR leadership, business partners and technical teams to gather and define requirements, recommendations, document changes, design and implement solutions and ensure ease of adoption.
Configure and implement business process upgrades and enhancements, lead testing and data validation and ensure that overall system performance is aligned with business objectives.
Configuration and support of our People Systems, daily support and ad-hoc provisioning operations.
Own the data quality of Workday and SR by creating auditing reports. Cleaning up master data in SR, building more data validation into the system/recommending process improvements for better quality data and building enhancements to dashboards and reports.
Perform data analysis to meet the needs of HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Business or Functional Leaders, HR Executive team or external parties to aid in decision-making.
Continually manage the maintenance and rollout of new product releases and tools in our People Systems.
Who you are
Experience working effectively with business and IT staff in multiple locations.
Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skills.
Comfortable extracting, manipulating and analyzing data. You have strong data visualisation skills
Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and bring clarity to ambiguous and complex projects.
Able to juggle multiple projects and initiatives at one time and prioritise.
Able to influence the adoption of the optimal approach at all levels and drive the seamless delivery of projects.
Active listener, customer focused, relationship builder and team player.
Preferably hands-on experience configuring SmartRecruiters.
Knowledge of Workday HCM including Absence, Advanced Compensation and Reporting & Dashboards.
