Qualifications

As a People Manager, you’ill manage the entire employee lifecycle, including on and offboarding. You’ll also act as the first point of contact for all HR queries, supporting HR service delivery, Business Partners and CoE initiatives, as well as specialist teams in analytics and functional HRIS needs.

What you’ll do:

  • You’ll be responsible for the entire onboarding process, liaising with our payroll team, the recruitment team, the IT Team, the relocation agency and the Facilities Team in order to guarantee a fantastic onboarding experience for our hires from all over the world.

  • Offer and contract creation and communication of all specific conditions

  • Maintain Workday to ensure that the data is up-to-date, regularly running reports and optimising processes with the help of the HR Analytics team.

  • You’ll be an ambassador for the recently launched Manager Self Service (MSS) function in Workday, training managers to use the system and help the business help themselves. 

  • Be the first point of contact for employees and managers with regards to any local HR related queries including  legal and reward questions. 

  • Be accountable for local Hub HR policies and processes and for keeping up to date with local employment legislation, recommending new approaches to policies and procedures to ensure continual improvement.

  • Work closely with the local HRBPs and COEs, on various HR projects such as the design, implementation and roll-out of new policies, training  and systems.

  • A self-starter, able to work independently and prioritise own workload. 

  • You have a keen interest in systems and data - with a strong eye for detail, experience using HRIS systems is desirable.

  • You act with integrity, confidentiality and the ability to work with sensitive data.

  • You have cultural fluency and are able to operate successfully across cultural boundaries with sensitivity.

  • A strong customer focus and proven ability to build relationships with people at all levels in the organisation.

  • Able to cope with potentially stressful situations in a calm manner.

  • Skilled at listening, influencing and communication.

  • HR qualification/accreditation or experience is a plus

  • Excellent G-Suite skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, knowledge of other languages like Spanish, French, Dutch or German useful
