The Learning & Development (L&D) & Talent Team in Adevinta focuses on empowering employees to learn new skills, providing them with information, training, tools, learning resources, as well as internal and external expertise so they can thrive in their roles and make their best contribution to Adevinta. The team helps shape Adevinta’s learning culture by identifying, designing, coordinating, and implementing global programs and courses aligned with the training needs of every business unit, and based on Adevinta’s strategic focus. 

Job Description

The Learning & Development Intern will work with L&D to support the business and drive continuous improvement and deliver based on agreed outcomes and timescales. They will provide a proactive, efficient and consistent customer-oriented service to add value to the central functions, international L&D/ Talent team and our international marketplaces.

What you’ll do: 

  • Project administration and logistics for events and workshops

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and employees as required for event/workshop coordination

  • Create evaluation forms and send out end of course feedback requests, collate responses and feeding back to the L&D function and relevant provider

  • Register and keep proper track of L&D activity and participants’ attendance

  • Communication and promotion of upcoming workshops and programmes 

  • Creation of internal community pages to su

  • pport specific programmes, especially on our company-wide Learning Lab google site

  • Conduct research for Talent/L&D needs for ad hoc projectsFacilitation support of ad hoc programmes


  • Studying toward a BSc or Msc degree in Psychology, HR, Education, Communications, Event Management or a relevant degree programme 

  • Medium to high proficiency in MAC/Office/G-suite packages: PowerPoint/Slides, Excel/Sheets and Word

  • You’re self‑directed, detail‑oriented and a problem solver

  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast‑paced and changing environment 

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with an additional language such as French desired

  • Experience in Project management and project coordination
