Qualifications

Reporting to the Director, People Technology Systems, Adevinta is looking to hire an HRIS Change Manager  who will provide support for all HRIS integration initiatives and activities for Adevinta, within the People function. The role will be also partnering and collaborating with People Change Lead for a cross-functional team approach that will be critical to the success of change programs. 

  • Execution and socialisation of HRIS Change Management activities, understanding the connection points and deliverables on the critical key cross functional change initiatives 

  • Support project governance structure for HR and IT transformation projects and/or large work streams including project management

  • Create comprehensive and effective change management strategies to mitigate risk and ensure project success and adoption. Assess the change impact: conduct impact analyses, evaluate results and present findings, report efficiently to identified  key stakeholders.

  • Coach and manage teams through working more collaboratively, flexibly, with more short- and long-term planning.

  • Foster teamwork, collaboration and learning within the HR and IT teams by establishing partnerships to follow up with key business stakeholders.

  • Drive initiatives for high quality and tailored end-user documentation or training materials as needed.

  • Support communication efforts: design, development, delivery, and management of communications across teams.

  • Create and manage measurement systems to track and report on adoption, utilisation and proficiency of individual changes

Company Description

  • Fluent in English and another European language desirable

  • Experienced with HCM Cloud Solutions (preferred Workday)

  • Experience with people, process and technology change implementations supporting HRIS systems

  • Complex problem solving and strong analytical skills. Strong bias for action with a demonstrated track record of owning and delivery solutions successfully

  • Consultative and collaboration skills with the ability to recommend and persuade audiences. Proven ability to influence using verbal and written communications skills with high attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications. Strong communication skills, including demonstrated facilitation skills.

  • Strong business acumen to proactively assess organisational issues and trends that translate to potential impacts on business

  • Demonstrated ability to proactively manage performance and develop team members and lead cross-functional teams and initiatives.

  • High tolerance for ambiguity, challenge, and change. Ability to show composure in difficult circumstances.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented work environment

  • Brand advocates who go above and beyond to create customer delight

  • An analytical thinker who enjoys working with data and knows what it takes to succeed in a high-growth, high-demand evolving service Company

Role can be based in one of our Tech Hubs in Barcelona, Amsterdam, Paris or Berlin.
