Adevinta’s communications team is building our company’s reputation as a leader in online classifieds, while developing a culture of trust and resilience among our employees. As the Events Specialist you will report to our Events Manager and will support her in all aspects of managing Adevinta’s high-profile all-employee events.

Qualifications

  • Support the Events Manager in all the activities related to the events to make sure we engage our employees.

  • Give input into the content, agenda and logistics of events. 

  • Manage the schedule of regular meetings and the project plan to ensure event stakeholders and working group members are engaged and deliver on their event tasks on time.

  • Communications of the events: 

    • Coordinate the event communications plan

    • Manage the event communications tools (Mailchimp, Slido, Streamyard, G-Suite, etc.) 

    • Monitor and report on key communications metrics to ensure messages are landing with our audiences

    • Review and update the content on the event website

    • Align with internal comms colleagues to communicate the events internally.

  • Provide feedback on work delivered by the event agency.

Company Description

  • You are a specialist in Communications with strong skills both written and oral communications.

  • A keen eye for detail and organisation is a must.

  • Good communication and influence skills to manage different stakeholders around the business.

  • Proactive and collaborative person: you are a great solver who always looks for the best solutions. 

  • Mailchimp, Slido, G-Suite, Google Analytics and Streamyard knowledge will be strongly valued.

  • You’re a global citizen - open to new cultures and ideas and keen to create events taking into account our multiculturality. 

  • Our business language is English, so fluency is a must: read, spoken and written Advanced Level.

  • A growth mind-set, able to adapt quickly to change and who thrives on new experiences.
