A team of HR experts is dedicated to the search and selection process, favoring the matching between companies looking for the best talents and candidates looking for new professional opportunities. For our InfoJobs Lab headquarters in Turin, we are looking for a dynamic person, passionate about human resources, with consolidated experience in personnel research and selection.
Our ideal recruiter has a human resources background, preferably with a bachelor's degree in humanities.
Participate in the briefing phase with the client, define and publish the job descriptions;
Manage all the sourcing and screening activities necessary for the identification of target candidates, ensuring compliance with the agreed deadlines and using the most appropriate tools;
Provide training courses, through webinars and / or in the classroom;
Organize and participate in live and / or virtual recruiting events;
Manage and analyze the labor market in the area of competence, developing commercial relationships to support the business;
Proven work experience of at least 3 years in the research and selection of personnel, gained in employment agencies and / or hunting companies and / or HR consultancy companies;
Familiarity with the digital world and the different candidate monitoring systems (ATS);
Ability to independently manage research and selection activities, from the brief with the Client to the identification of target candidates;
Fluency in English;
Strong organizational and problem solving skills;
Excellent relationship, empathy and communication skills also in the management of training classrooms.
