Why is this role unique:
Steep learning curve - within 12 to 24 months, you will have the skills to build and lead your own team across multiple topics and project areas.
Broad reach - you will be accountable for all digital marketing areas within Shpock (CRM, performance, brand, social)
Hands-on - learning by doing is what we do, failure is acceptable, failing to try is not
What You'll do:
Work on company marketing strategy with Shpock leadership team
Conception, implementation of our CRM measures for different countries and channels in order to increase the customer lifetime value
Planning and executing production of creatives and messages, e.g. newsletters or push notifications
Measuring the success optimization of your own CRM measures, e.g. through A/B tests structured reporting
Copywriting in a succinct and concise manner with impeccable grammar
You will take responsibility for the strategic as well as the operational part of social media: the content, reach and performance of all of our social media channels
Who you will work with:
Work with Shpock leadership team - you will report directly to COO
Work with product and data team - you will work intensively with our international product and data team
Who are we looking for:
True marketing allrounder/generalist with proven track record within startups or larger technology companies
German native speaker with excellent English
Proven experience as a copywriter or related role
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in German and English
Experience with an CRM tool or HTML is a plus
Performance-oriented mindset, analytical skills and creativity
What we offer:
We offer an attractive salary for this position based on your qualifications and experience. Austrian law requires us to post a minimum salary for this position, which is € 35.000,- gross per year (for a full-time job). We are willing to pay more based on the experience. We will treat your application in strict confidence!
