What you’ll do:

We are looking for a Customer Support & Sales Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Online Buying team. 

You will be a part of ourTransactions Business unit where we strive to ensure that every consumer can realise their individual mobility change online with confidence and trust. As a part of this creative and agile business unit, you’ll have the opportunity to drive mobile.de's strategic ambition to extend its footprint and help consumers and dealers to trade cars fully online.

Key responsibilities:

  • You are our face to the customer as a consultant from the first contact to a happy car owner and always act as a competent contact person - with your open and friendly manner you ensure an excellent customer experience!
  • You ensure close contact with our dealers and disposition team, find the best solution between both parties and our customers and thus ensure the perfect sales experience
  • You are the interface to our customer service team in order to guarantee smooth processes for our customers through close cooperation
  • You provide product and service information to customers and identify upselling opportunities to maintain and increase income 
  • There is no cold calling for this position: you only approach pre-qualified customers.

 

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • As a petrolhead, you strive to build an online car buying experience that is both loved by consumers and beneficial for our dealers.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills in German at native level plus ideally good knowledge of English.
  • You are a good teammate with high personal engagement and sense of humour.
  • You have already gained initial experience in the areas of sales management, key account management or similar. Ideally in the automotive industry or selling products requiring extensive advisory services
  • You are confident in handling of PC applications
  • You have a high degree of willingness to learn, self-motivation, proactivity and adaptability
