Job Description

We are seeking a professional individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager (d/f/m).

As part of a cross-functional team focusing on scaling up our 1st party sales proposition, you will work collaboratively across sales, business & product development, analytics and customer support as well as other internal and external partners. In this role you will be a member of a dynamic, impactful team that succeeds, fails and learns together to define the future of eBay Kleinanzeigen’s Retail Media Advertising proposition.

The role:

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, growing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer happiness
  • Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services
  • Maintain and develop customer success strategies and standard methodologies, as well as customer support content
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external partners to understand customer needs, improve retention and growth, and communicate findings
  • Prepare necessary documentation or visuals for client to demonstrate performance; analyze trends in C-Sat/NPS scores to identify areas of improvement
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to develop case studies


  • Demonstrated ability in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
  • Strong verbal and written communication, planning, and project management skills
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Very good analytical skills and a structured approach and way of working
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, agile technology environment
  • Phenomenal teammate, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
