At Adevinta, we believe everything and everyone has a purpose in life. Our selection of digital brands unlock the full value in every person, place and thing by creating perfect matches on the world’s most trusted marketplaces.
With trusted brands that enjoy leading market positions, Adevinta operates a resilient business model at the centre of the second-hand economy at the time when consumers are seeking more sustainable and cost-efficient ways to buying products.
Sustainability is in our DNA, and we are recognised as a global sustainability leader by DJSI Europe. By providing marketplaces where people buy and sell second-hand goods, we contribute to the circular economy and help people live more sustainably.
At Adevinta we'll stay ahead of the curve by using innovation, curiosity and technology to develop products that help everyone and everything find new purpose.
We're all about matchmaking, and we take the same approach to hiring. But it's not just about finding the right skills for the job. It's also about making sure the role and the culture are the right match too.
We care about gaining and keeping the trust of our users, customers and stakeholders by acting responsibly, promoting sustainability and protecting the environment.
We invest in companies with tangible traction, a potential to scale beyond their domestic market, and who we can support with more than just financial resource.

We’re Adevinta, a global leader in digital marketplaces. Our household name brands, including Marktplaats in the Netherlands, Mobile.de in Germany and Leboncoin in France, reach hundreds of millions of people every month across 16 countries.
We’re all about matchmaking, and our sites help people find whatever they’re looking for in their local communities – whether it’s a car, an apartment, a sofa or a new job. Every connection made or item found makes a difference by creating a world where people share more and waste less.
Global Tech Hubs in Barcelona, Amsterdam, Paris and Berlin support our brands. Their goal is to develop common global products and innovation platforms which our brands can use. This means using cutting edge technology to create scalable, customisable and secure products and components that free up development time and leverage our access to global data.
The Messaging team owns the software and infrastructure that sends over eight million messages every day and serves millions of customers worldwide. Up to 12 marketplaces globally use our infrastructure and integrate their applications using our SDKs to enable chat on their websites. With more than 30 people in the team, split into three squads from areas such as UX, Product, Data, and Tech, we work together to develop top-of-the-line software products and provide the best experience to our marketplaces’ users.

Flexibility: We believe that work is what you do, not where you do it. So we provide flexible hours and remote working options that give you the autonomy and scope to set your own agenda and working patterns. We empower our teams to decide which key moments they want to spend face to face, instead of mandating a fixed number of office days.
Covid-19: We’re reviewing the situation on a regular basis to ensure that we follow all local government guidelines and put the health of our people first. All interviews are currently taking place virtually.
