The Ad Ops Manager will be part of the team that is responsible for executing advertising campaigns for a list of advertisers and for being part of the definition of the Programmatic strategy and responsible for the execution of it.

What you will do: 

  • Sync teams to get all needed for campaign setup and optimization, segment management, trafficking, pricing, optimization, reporting, and other tasks as needed (creatives, data, insights, landing pages, CRM integrations)
  • Work closely with Sales, Data, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize campaigns while keeping a good experience for our users
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team
  • Monitor and report campaigns metrics on a daily-basis 
  • Manage priority of direct, programmatic, and in-house campaigns
  • Troubleshoot ad-related issues from both direct and programmatic campaigns
  • Responsible for defining, validating and launching new and innovative ad formats for our site in a close collaboration with the Product team.
  • Look for new media partners like DSPs or networks that support the performance and revenue strategy 
  • Innovate around new bid strategies, technologies, tracking and media formats
  • Administrative processes like budget control, invoice payments, and managing new contracts

  • You are obsessed about keeping a healthy advertising inventory by monitoring ad formats viewability, conversion rate, fill rate, eCPM
  • Skilled to understand and resolve technical issues
  • You have experience working with HTML and Javascript for Ad Tech 
  • You have experience working with publisher-side ad servers (Google Ad Manager would be an advantage)
  • Knowledge of standard online marketing and advertising terms and concepts
  • Desirable English in advanced level
