Our Early Careers Programme helps talents kick-start their careers and develop skills for success. All participants have access to tailored training and development, as well as an established Early Careers network. The programme is designed for graduates and career changers. Through so-called “gigs” in various teams you will gain professional experience. An individual development and learning plan will help you find our career path. For 2023 we offer the programme for “International Generalists” in Barcelona.
