The Early STARters track is designed to offer a first opportunity to anyone who’s still studying and wants to start developing their career in a multicultural environment. Initially, we offer a six-to-eight month internship that can be extended.

Our Early STARters can either have a full-time or part-time internship ranging from Human Resources to Product & Tech. You’ll receive mentorship from senior team members, contribute your own ideas and work on real projects.
Our Early STARters are based in our Tech Hubs in Barcelona, Paris, Berlin and Amsterdam. These are home to our Global Teams who bring our marketplaces together and make sure we’re all working towards our shared purpose.
We believe that learning is most effective using the 70/20/10 model: 70% on-the-job experiences, 20% informal learning and 10% formal learning. Using this model, we support all our Early Careers participants in developing their skills and competencies.
This track would be a good fit for undergraduates, recent graduates or those looking to keep learning and developing their career. You’ll need to be open minded, willing to try new things and not afraid to make mistakes. You should always be ready to experiment and learn fast.
Our hiring process consists of three or four steps that vary for each track. You’ll start with a screening call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. Then, there is an at-home activity that is different depending on the track you’re applying for. Finally, there is the Virtual Assessment Center where you’ll take part in individual and group interviews. Throughout the process, you’ll be in contact with a recruiter who will keep you updated on next steps and can answer any questions you may have.
