A regular day at the office for Tudor starts with a cup of coffee, opening Vim and diving into the code. At the moment his team is building a design system, and his job is to define its architecture and oversee its implementation. Collaboration across Adevinta's different brands is crucial to make sure to get everything right – something he believes is a great learning opportunity.

Paula leads the user experience (UX) team across Adevinta. Her main focus is to make sure that teams across Adevinta always keep our users and their needs top of mind. To achieve this she works together with Product, Tech and Data & Insight to deliver the most value for Adevinta's users.

As Head of Ops, Dounia directs the development of tools and solutions to support automated delivery and CI/CD integration in a fast-paced, agile environment. She promotes a safety-first attitude across the organization, diagnosing and dealing with complex issues to keep our services running smoothly. “My entrepreneurial spirit has always been supported and encouraged at Adevinta.
